Introduction to Safety and Health Management

YJ Link places top priority on safety and health matters within the workplace, ensuring these are applied comprehensively to all stakeholders, including employees, within the scope of our business operations. This is driven by the recognition of significant risks for possibly occur in actual industrial environments, as well as the strengthened regulations and enforcement related to safety and health. We have obtained global standard ISO 45001 certification and strengthen our systems to actively respond to changes in the internal and external business environment.​

Health and Safety Policy

  • 1.The CEO(Chief Executive Officer) should prioritize ’Worker safety’ and ‘creating a safe working environment’ as the foremost objective of corporate business activities.
  • 2.The CEO should establish safety and health management system in the workplace and provides sufficient human and material resources to eliminate and control workplace hazards.
  • 3.Set safety and health goals, establish detailed action plans to achieve, and implement them accordingly
  • 4.Establish and implement internal regulations faithfully, complying with safety and health-related laws and regulation.
  • 5. Through engagement of workers, identify risks, ensure they are improved, and share them through training.
  • 6. All employees are educated and trained on risk factors associated with their job responsibilities, as well as techniques for eliminating, substituting, and controlling those risks.
  • 7. All suppliers and contractors should comply with the company's safety and health policy and requirement.
  • 8.All employees are to comply with their responsibilities and obligations for safety and health activities faithfully.
  • 9.Ensure that continuous improvement efforts regarding safety and health are effectively communicated to employees.
  • 10.This policy is publicly disclosed on the company's website, intranet, etc for accessibility by all employees.
  • 11.The CEO's safety and health management policy shall continuously be improved and evaluated whether it is appropriate through an evaluation involving managers and workers once a half-year.

YJ Link regularly organizes quarterly meetings of the industrial health and safety committee to uphold the well-being of our employees and ensure a safe working environment. These meetings provide a platform for discussions between company and employees regarding various aspects of occupational health and safety, such as preventing industrial accidents, enhancing health and safety activities, and overall management of occupational health and safety.​

Supplier council

We share our occupational health and safety management policies with our partner companies within the organization. We conduct regular safety inspections for subcontracted work and maintain inspection records. Moreover, we organize meetings more than once every month with subcontractors to promote communication and collaboration between all parties involved.

Safety and Health Training Content

YJ Link is currently conducting annual occupational health and safety education for all employees in order to create a safe working environment and promote safety awareness.

Health screening status

YJ Link offers a range of amenities to support employee health management and well-being. These amenities include a fitness center, separate rest areas for men and women, and a futsal field. We conduct annual employee health screenings and strive to maintain their well-being through ongoing monitoring based on the screening results. Additionally, we are actively exploring collaborations with relevant organizations to implement health management programs(obesity, smoking cessation, and healthcare).
