Occupational health and safety management system

YJ Link convenes quarterly meetings of the Industrial Health and Safety Committee to prioritize employee well-being and ensure a safe working environment. These meetings serve as forums for discussions between the company and employees on various aspects of occupational health and safety, including accident prevention, enhancing health and safety initiatives, and overall management of occupational health and safety protocols.
We ensure that our occupational health and safety management policies are shared with our partner companies within the organization. Regular safety inspections are conducted for subcontracted work, and detailed records of these inspections are maintained. Furthermore, we foster open communication and collaboration by organizing meetings with subcontractors more than once every month.
