√ Purpose of Collecting and Processing Personal Information
• Personal information collected with the consent of the information provider is processed for the purpose of identifying the information provider, contacting them to confirm details and facts of the case, and notifying them of the case’s outcome, and is not used for any other purpose.

√ What and How We Collect Personal Information
• The YJ Link Online Reporting System collects personal information from the information provider to the minimum extent necessary for the faithful processing of the report and sharing of the outcome.
• The required information to be collected includes the name, email address, and cell phone number, and the information provider can consent to the collection and processing of personal information by clicking “I Agree to the Collection and Use of Personal Information” below when submitting a report.

√ Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information
• In principle, the collected personal information is stored for three months after the case is resolved and then promptly destroyed. In cases where additional retention is necessary for follow-up processing or other purposes, it will be done exceptionally after obtaining additional consent from the information provider.

√ Opting Out and Penalties for Opting Out of Personal Information Collection
• The information provider retains the right to refuse consent for providing personal information. In such instances, reports may only be submitted anonymously, potentially limiting our ability to confirm report submission, proceed with processing, and notify the outcome.
